If you need a quick reminder for why you do what you do in Christian camping or a discussion topic for an upcoming staff meeting, look no further than this blog from Christian Camp and Conference Association. Written by CCCA President Gregg Hunter and other guest writers, this interactive tool allows you and other CCCA members the chance to dialogue both with Gregg and each other. Share your similar experiences, ask a question or give some advice. It’s all welcome at KindlingTM. Before joining CCCA in November 2009, Gregg served as vice president of public affairs at Georgia Family Council, where he spearheaded all aspects of the organization’s communications and development efforts, including donor care, fund raising, media relations and strategic communications.

He was also previously vice president of marketing at InScope Technologies, a Virginia-based business and technology solutions provider for commercial clients and the federal government. His diverse background in marketing, communications and development also includes six years at The Boeing Company and five years with Young Life, where he was a member of the President’s Cabinet as the organization’s senior communications officer.

Gregg is also co-founder of Hunter Strategy, a full-service marketing consultancy serving nonprofit organizations and business clients.

CCCA President Gregg Hunter is the primary author of Kindling, but occasionally you may see other guest bloggers post their articles as well.

    Question:
We’re in the process of updating our 2011 material. We are needing a statement in our material that concerns pictures of individuals or groups being posted on our website and/ or in publications. Does any one have a recommnedation of correct verbage of notifying us if they do not want their pictures/videos published? Thanks so much.

Wondering if this blog is still in operation (it’s been quite a while since the last post) and who to contact about submitting guest articles. And thank you for the great article on asking questions well!
